Yuck Dinner ...

For dinner I ended up having scallop patatoes (184) and even though that's not much, knowing how bad they actually are for you makes me what to gag .. plus my mom came home with groceries and now expects me to eat veggie spring rolls (56per 1) and fries (82calories per 20).. so I I have 216 calories left since I ate those potatoes but I'm gonna try and still stay under 400calories. plan is 12 fries (49) and 2 vegetarian spring rolls (112) witch put me at 296 calories, witch is still
under (:
