Day 1 ABC Diet ~ 500calories ~
today was my first day on the ABC Diet and so far so good. It was Shrove Tuesday today if you didn't know, and of you don't know what that is, in simple forms it's a day when they make you fat by stuffing pancakes down your throat ... upside is I didn't even eat half of one! I ate 1/3d witch is about 65calories. Then for lunch I had orange juice witch is 80calories. for supper I had Veggie Chick'n Cutlet(170) and steamed veggies(80). so far my total is about 405calories and I hope I don't mess it up .. well wish me luck all you lovely people ! <3 I'll update later tonight or tomorrow about how my day went(:
