is, eat as close to your daily aloud limit of calories without going over . This diet was created to trick your metabolism out of going into starvation mode and still let you loose the weight ! so for example:
Day #3 (300calories)
a veggie burger(130)
x2 rice cakes(70)
granola bar(100)
that's exactly 300 calories without going over (: best of luck lovelies (:
